Use of this site is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Continued use of the site following any updates or amendments to the Terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. Certain features or content may require a paid subscription for access.

Site Changes and Availability of Services
Triple 7 Horse Racing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website, including its features, functionality, or content, at any time and without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This is subject to the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable subscription terms.

Tip Availability
Our racing selections (“tips”) will be made available no later than 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled race on the selected race day. While our standard race day is Saturday, we may choose to provide selections on other days, including—but not limited to—major racing events such as the Melbourne Cup, without prior notice. Tips will be accessible to all active members for any day we elect to publish them.

Missed Selections
In the unlikely event that selections are not provided on a scheduled day, affected subscribers will be compensated by having their subscription period extended for the equivalent duration missed.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the content available on this website are owned by Triple 7 Horse Racing or its licensors. Your use of the site does not grant you any rights, title, or interest in that intellectual property.

All content is protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You must not engage in any activity that infringes or interferes with these rights.

Unless expressly authorised, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this site without the prior written consent of the relevant copyright or trademark owner.

No Advice

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Triple 7 Horse Racing accepts no liability for unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that contravenes applicable laws or regulations.

These Terms are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in Australia.

Payments
To provide a convenient payment experience, we offer multiple payment methods, including credit cards, direct debits, bank transfers, and PayPal.

By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment source and grant us permission to collect, store, and process it, along with other related transaction information. When making a payment, you authorize us, or our designated payment processor, to charge the full amount to the payment source you specify for the transaction.

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we may seek pre-authorization from the card issuer for an amount up to the total purchase price. The payment will be processed either at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. If you cancel a transaction before it is completed, the pre-authorization may temporarily impact the availability of your funds.

It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in your account to cover the payment. In the event of insufficient funds, we may attempt to process the payment multiple times. If your payment results in overdraft fees or other charges from your bank, you are solely responsible for those fees.

We may continue to process payments on your credit or debit card after its original expiry date, provided the new expiry date is communicated to us.

Viewing the Tipping Page
Once your order is processed, you will gain access to the tipping information via the “Tips” page, which can be accessed from the main menu. You may also receive an email containing this information; however, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the email.

Please note that there may be delays between the payment processing and the availability of tipping information on the “Tips” page. We will make every effort to provide the purchased tipping information within 10 minutes of confirming your payment. If, for any reason, the information is not made available within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

Disputes, Reversals, and Refunds
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has occurred on your account, you agree to notify us immediately. To the fullest extent permitted by law and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you waive any claims related to payments unless the claim is submitted to us within 7 days of the transaction in question.

Money Back Guarantee
If you have purchased the Gold Subscription, you are eligible for a money-back guarantee. Triple 7 Horse Racing will issue a refund if, on the day the selections are made available, we fail to provide selections that result in more than 5 winners.

In the event that fewer than 5 winners are provided, Triple 7 Horse Racing will refund the amount equivalent to one week’s selection (Bronze Package – $10.00). The refund will be processed and issued using the same payment method used for your subscription. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 to 10 days to process.
