AFFILIATE PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS**

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Triple 7 Horse Racing provides a paid subscription-based information service offering horse racing tips and analysis.

The Triple 7 Horse Racing Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers who purchase an active subscription to Triple 7 Horse Racing.

Participation in the Affiliate Program is by application and approval only. The Affiliate Program is not an investment opportunity, and no income or earnings are guaranteed.

2. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to apply for the Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions
  • Be approved by Triple 7 Horse Racing
  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations

A one-time affiliate activation fee may apply unless waived by Triple 7 Horse Racing as part of a promotion.
This fee does not represent an investment, does not purchase equity, and does not guarantee earnings.

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Affiliate commissions are earned solely from the sale of Triple 7 Horse Racing subscription products.

There is no compensation for recruitment alone. Commissions are payable only when a referred customer maintains an active, paid subscription.

Commission Rates

  • Founding Affiliates (first 10 approved):
    50% commission on directly referred subscriptions for the life of the subscription.
  • Standard Affiliates:
    20% commission on directly referred subscriptions.

Multi-Tier Commissions

Where applicable and approved:

  • Tier 1 (Direct Referrals): 20%
  • Tier 2: 5%
  • Tier 3: 2%

No commissions are earned beyond Tier 3 unless expressly agreed in writing by Triple 7 Horse Racing.

Commissions are calculated on the gross subscription amount before GST.

4. PAYMENTS

  • Commissions are paid monthly
  • Payment is made via bank transfer or PayPal
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 AUD
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details

Triple 7 Horse Racing is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.

5. TRACKING & REPORTING

Approved affiliates will be provided access to tracking tools and a referral dashboard.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accurate tracking, Triple 7 Horse Racing is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to:

  • Browser settings
  • Ad blockers
  • Cookie restrictions
  • Incorrect or altered referral links

6. CONTENT, PROMOTION & CONDUCT

Affiliates may promote Triple 7 Horse Racing using approved materials and messaging only.

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
  • Imply guaranteed profits, winning systems, or reduced betting risk
  • Represent themselves as employees or agents of Triple 7 Horse Racing
  • Use Triple 7 Horse Racing content on public platforms without written permission
  • Promote in any illegal, unethical, or misleading manner

All racing tips are provided for informational purposes only.
Affiliates must encourage responsible wagering at all times.

7. TERMINATION

Triple 7 Horse Racing reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, without notice, where:

  • These Terms & Conditions are breached
  • Conduct is misleading or unethical
  • The affiliate’s actions may harm the reputation of Triple 7 Horse Racing

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited where misconduct is identified.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Triple 7 Horse Racing makes no guarantees regarding earnings, performance, or results.

Participation in the Affiliate Program is at your own risk. Triple 7 Horse Racing is not liable for:

  • Loss of income
  • Reputational damage
  • Third-party claims
  • Indirect or consequential losses

9. AMENDMENTS

Triple 7 Horse Racing may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
